Rich Strilowich

Rich’s intuitive, systems-thinking mindset allows him to offer practical, grounded solutions for both personal and professional challenges, helping individuals realize their greatest capability in ways they may have never imagined. Rich is an experienced corporate coach, speaker and writer, with over 40 years of experience in IT and has walked a rich spiritual journey spanning over three decades. He has held leadership roles in small, medium and large companies. His journey began as a software developer, but through determination and vision, he climbed the ranks to shape IT strategies at global levels.
With a degree in computer science and certifications from PMI and Corporate Coach U, Rich played a pivotal role in expanding two global companies’ coaching communities to over 5,000 members worldwide. What truly sets him apart is his 30-year spiritual exploration. Rich has deeply studied numerous mind-body-spirit modalities, energy-consciousness somatic therapy, energy healing, coaching and other certification programs.
He is a life-long learner attending spiritual/religious/meditation retreats, vision quests, spiritual-mystical studies and has spent many years working with a 1-1 spiritual advisor.
Rich lives in Connecticut, USA with his wife. He is the father of twin adult children. He likes to read, exercise, spend time in the outdoors and have deep inspirational spiritual conversations.
